    i just had this happen to me last friday, the generic pinch rollers roland uses caused the vinyl to shift a little bit and kinda bunched up. Take the vinyl roll out, redo the ends that go in the roll of vinyl and restart, it should be fine. Mine was just a slight kink in the vinyl and it said...

    i agree with what both guys said above. its a hard thing to go thru, some people dont understand. some people on here think cus you dont have a 20,000 printer you aint a real sign shop....thats nonsense! Hang on to it if all possible may work out in the future. Best of luck.

    I have had really no issues with my flexi (knock on wood) but had a friend upgrade from 8.1 to 8.5 several months ago and has nothing but nightmares from it, tech support from the company wasn't very good either. I really dont see the need to upgrade all the time if what you have works for what...

    I have a chance to purchase a CJ-500 also in good shape. What would the real value of it be? It has had new heads installed within the last year. Any info on the printer/cutter would be most helpful. Anyone on here had any experience with this machine? -thanks
