What's the best plotter on the market?
Well if you are going to compare apples to oranges then stick with your Rolands, Graphtecs, Summas, etc. But compare the correct models of each brand with the likeness. But if I had to say no money option plotter then the Summa T series with trueTangential™ controls hands down... Other wise... -

Flexi 8 (no key needed?)
Even if it is a bootleg version of Flexi which I doubt SW would be selling, you still have to do much more then just install the disc and type in serial number... There are several steps to making it work without dongle including replacing files and over writing certain .exe files... -
Print onto Chocolate??
Theres tons of companies that do this type of thing. Especially for the larger corporations that send out Thank You's for your buiness around the holidays, etc. They imprint your logo into the bar of chocolate. These are not cheap last time I looked into it...- WVB

Most name brand HD's come with straight forward instructions on how to install... Its a lot easier then you think it is to install one. Besides google it and TONS of info with pictures will come up to help you along... -
