I would say right now you are making a pretty good mark up, all you do is take it from one and give it to the other.... with buying more machinery comes more overhead and equipment cost like inks and material, electricity...especially for the HP.... there are lots of threads on here on those...

Everyday I get and email or soemone drops by to show me the new line of printable vinyl that they are carrying that is way cheaper and just as good as the premium stuff..... what gives???
No doubt!!! that always makes for an intersting read...... I think wirenut has been scared away now.... Everyone is right... alot of money goes into making a sign shop operate!!!
I dotn know how big Bend is or if it is close to a major metro area that would house a wholesaler but yeah that is an option.... but if you are going to a wholesaler it would prob be cheaper to have them print and lam rather than send your material there and get them to lam... that is probably...

13 oz should be good... maybe look into cutting half cirlces in it so the wind pass through.... Have you looked into having printed from one of the wholesalers on here???
reverse cut vinyl..... reverse print on clear.... would have to be super clean though so it dosent pick up any dust or crud.... without seeing what it looks like i would do the reverse cut vinyl.... just my $0.02

Got a real problem adn was wondering if anyone in canada can recover print heads. Konica Minolta 512's 3 of them... dried out over the holidays dont want to buy new ones. Any help would be appreciated!!
