I have sold both Roland and Graphtec in the past. I'd push Graphtec first every time. The print and cut option of a Roland printer and now with Mimaki is nice, as long as your workload dictates this need. Otherwise a printer and a cutter seems to be the norm. There are a lot of great deals...
Both are very good plotters that will last you a long time. I'd recommend the Graphtec because they have a 3 year bullet proof warranty and stand behind their product. In fact, their vice president of sales lives in Wisconsin and is easily accessible if you ever have any questions or complaints.

Another reputable company out there is Gregory. They have been around for a long time and is the only national distributor that is also a wholesale graphics provider. :signs101:
