If you were applying numbers on race car (weekly racer) would you use calendered vinyl or cast vinyl?

Cant figure out what the "Coyote" font is...

When I print something with a blue outline or any color outline and then cut it, it leaves a little white line around some of the edges. If I cut something with a white border then some of the border is thicker then the others. How can I fix this problem?

I have a EPS that I need to outline to make a cutline. The EPS has 3 curves in it, how would I outline the whole image to make a cutline? (i know sounds confusing lol)
