Using OEM. I don't know if it has ever had 3rd party or not. Had Roland carts when I got it and I've ordered new Roland carts for it. Jeff

Found it. Thanks. It just says, go to "Head Wash" and follow the instructions. Anyone ever done this? Will it completely empty all of the cleaning fluid out of the machine when it's done? How much ink am I going to waste? Jeff

I wouldn't mind flushing all four if it fixes the problem with the black. The more I print the better it gets, but there are still about 50% of the nozzles that don't spray right and only two that don't spray at all. Jeff

I have the ink contamination cleared up but still having problems with the black ink. I've ordered some cleaning cartridges. Does anyone know the process for using them. I have searched until I'm blue in the face and can't find the procedure to use them. Thanks, Jeff

Found my problem. I had the printer connected directly to the switch, but the computer was connected to a VOIP router. The router was assigning a network address, but not allowing communication with the printer. Moved the computer over to the switch and everything started working. Jeff

I can't seem to find the printer on the network. I have it connected to a switch and the computer connected to the switch. I downloaded Intercon-Nettool and it doesn't find the printer. I reset the print server using the reset procedure and it still doesn't find it. What do I do? Jeff

I am looking for one of these as well. I checked advantage sign supply and couldn't find it. I searched for alignment tool and bombsight but it didn't show up. Will it fit a Roland cutter? Thanks, Jeff

In your example, I would just pick the object then right click on red on the color pallete and that would change the outline to red. Left click changes the inside and right click changes the outline. Jeff
