no wasn't the one with the .pdf wildwest. this customer has been with us since the start of the year, like i said, bent over backwards for them and they went and did something totally screwed us over. wasn't even bad communication on our behalf, just people who think they can walk all over...

yeah, whenever we send stuff to designers or need to out source a print we always convert text to curves......

oh ok.....see......learning, learning....! normally is we have a designer send us files i would ask them to convert text to outlines as wildwest says, but thi swas a file from a client who had it on disc from awhile ago...

i'm using illi cs3 and was sent a .pdf from a new client with there art work. i opened the .pdf but i don't have the font available in cs3 so it substituted the font. is there anyway at all when i open a .pdf file that i can make sure the fonts etc don't get substituted? sorry if this is a...

colin, when it states in vw ink that they are nearly out, you have quite abit more! not sure how many square feet of ink you have left but its a fair bit, i do this all the time, of course with fresh inks ready on hand.

are you applying over the rivets or have you taken the rivets out? are you stretching or pulling the print when you are handling it whilst squeeging the print?
