  4. Poll Size/Feeding Vinyl in Flexi

    I think this is a setting on your plotter, not in Flexi. My Graphtec has an 'Auto Pre Feed' that can be turned on or off that controls this behavior.

    Do you have some kind of snap on? Or, select them and then enter the X,Y location manually.

  7. Output not what expected

    Have you looked at it in wireframe to see if there is a path up through the graphic? I've been surprised by cuts I didn't expect only find a path or object I didn't expect when I went to wireframe.

    I'm the afore mentioned co-worker, and did indeed pick up a Graphtec package from the 'dreaded' SignWarehouse. (With a certain amount of trepidation I might add, I'll also add that so far, so good, and I have nothing to complain about yet. Of course I haven't had to get any additioinal service...
