    If that bumper is not painted I would probably say no. Especially when you try to stretch it into the recessed areas. Those bumpers are sometimes too slick nothing for the vinyl to bite like a clearcoat on a paint job.

    I agree with NE Installs. I've experienced the same thing first hand. Your best bet is to go direct with 3M it's the best way to go. It's too political with the UASG. NE Installs is dead on about them wanting all your info etc. There's no need.

    We used to buff Budweiser trailers that we re identified. But a simpler way might be to use some simple green and wash the trailer with it.

    Been slammed, since Oct. But then again we are on a lot of refurb projects on trailers our niche is the large fleet market so when it's slow it's slow and when it's busy it's awesome.

    Well here's my test print or nozzle check after installing the print heads pulling ink and alot of frustration. Any ideas? i even set the inks to max ran test prints and still tiny lines etc..

    I replaced the whole maintenance station. even put the wire mesh over the cap station. Still getting white streaks in all colors

    Anyone have instructions or a manual they can email me for my falcon outdoor 48. Just replaced the print heads and I need to align them and adjust the headrank. Thanks Mike
  18. Reflective Problems

    Try cutting some letters out and don't weed them and check the shrinkage after about 24hrs. If it shrinks up a bit it's the material. You might have to cut and then weed it out a day later. Mike

    I'm thinking it was 95-96 maybe? Worked in production and Installation. I left after they hired some girl from TKO to run production so it was about that time I believe some guy named Kelly hired in as an Installer.

    Holly cow man. Did lance move back to New Zealand? I liked Andy he was pretty cool. It was a fun place to work for. I learned alot and eventually started my own shop here at the Fort after traveling all over the country as a designer and installer.
