"The first Microsoft patch for 2010 is out, providing cover for a solitary vulnerability in the way Windows handles EOT (Embedded OpenType) fonts. The update is rated “critical” but Microsoft says there is a low likelihood of exploitation on its newer operating systems." - ZDNet Link...

  11. Out of ink... can't get hold of any til tomorrow...

The only time I have run into issues with powering the Roland's off for any period of time directly related to some (not all) third party inks. The periodic maintenance is a good feature for most but can be a bit wasteful for others. IMO. I have purposely left the heads uncapped and my XC-540...

  13. West of Ireland newcomer!

Welcome Finbar! If you get a chance, post a review of the Mutoh 38 in the Signs101 Product & Vendor Review section. Obviously it has served you well. Please don't judge all of us Americans based on the country music you torture yourself with :) Have a Happy and Prosperous New Year to all!
  14. Out of ink... can't get hold of any til tomorrow...

  18. Contact Manager Software?

TigerCRM and Sugar can be installed on internal network/server if preferred. Quikbooks had a Customer Contact Manager 2.5 that was really helpful but is no longer sold/supported by Intuit. They have gone with a hosted solution that will run you $20-30 a month or so. ACT is extremely stable...
