Thank you guys, I am getting a little closer. dafont.com's ALEXIS is close to the MX font but the T is all wrong. May just have to draw that letter but the Matt Walker font has got me lost.

Any Ideas? Anyone? I have tried to trace/bezier and everything else to this jpeg to recreate the font but it is a jumble to say the least.

Another vote for the headstrike. Convex is such a thick material you have to keep an eye on it. Try to avoid this or you will be replacing your heads ($600+ part).
