For kicks and giggles I'd love to be a fly on the wall listening in on a couple of would be pirates trying to save or download a Signproof Pro encrypted image with plans to take it to my competition. A potential problem I see is the possible fact that the pirate will take the whole laptop...

Problem solved.......for now
Machine is working well again after taking captops out and cleaning them along with the inside of the tubes going to the pump. I also pushed the rubber edges that seals the heads inward. This plus a powerful head wash and I'm printing good as new. I'm learning more...

They're 'bad machines' until I get to know them and learn how to fix them myself instead of calling tech all the time. Once I learn this they're 'great machines'. Currently learning.......
This is not the most reliable piece of equipment on the market out there today as many of you owners find out sooner or later:frustrated:...and today it's yet another issue. The cyan and black are bleeding together during the test prints and no amount of head cleanings makes the problem go away...
If it's a new customer, I usually ask them to bring their own memory key and download a low res image of their logo (much harder for the competition to trace those jagged edges!), and never, ever give them a .eps file ready to cut without getting paid up front first. Some 'unworthy' customers...
