Basic problem you'll face when you design in palletes outside of CMYK. Most wide format printers print in at least CMYK. CMYK has less then half the colors(if not even less) of an RGB pallete. Your desktop printer is an RGB printer so it can accuratly replicate what you see on your RGB monitor...
