    whats to stop the sign from accidentally being lifted off the cleat by someone bumping it? would running some glue/silicone on top of the wall cleat before mounting the sign help?

    I am installing a backlit acrylic/hdu interior sign. I need to install some kind of standoff from the wall for the LED's but I don't want to see the standoff bolts in my sign. I have looked and looked and I haven't found what I am looking for. Am I over thinking this? Thanks.
