Rolands' retro-fit program for the "old" style pumps expired over a year ago. To check for clogged lines...squeeze them, if you feel something hard, then you have a clog. Or you can fill your cap top with cleaning solution, if the solution doesn't travel...you have a clog.

Your Calibration is off.....when boxes overlap you get you dark banding. When the boxes are apart, you get white banding.

If you have a cleaned encoder, and still have skewing, I would check the Encoder reader itself(clean the eye). As check your "pinchrollers", On older machines, the Ink will soften the rollers, thus you get weird feeding of media. My $.02 GTSTech_1

They (Epson 10000) will work on Roland (Versacam, ProII, and ProIII), Mimaki (JV3, JV4 but have to use old head ID), and Mutoh (Rockhopper, Falcon Outdoor). You will want to make sure the Epson head is solvent, if not replace the manifold and your good to go. My .02 GTSTech_1

If you didn't or even if you did, "Lock the Head" before the move, I would bet that your "Cap postion" has shifted slightly during the move. I have seen the Ink migrate back to the Carts during a move, if so pull/draw some ink from your cap tubes. Confirm your "cap postion" then do a nozzle...

Have you tried to lift the pinchroller handle? If your paper sensor were bad, it would trigger a error code. If your in Service Mode, you can check all the sensors. Couple of things to try.

Only real weak point on the SP-300 or V is the flexible ribbon cable. It's by far the most replaced part other than your consumables (wipers,dampers,mist pads). My $.02 GTSTech_1
