A few more things to check...... 1. Is printer Level? 2. Are your filters on the bulk system clean? 3. Are the head ranks right? Concur with Eforcer about raising the bulk system and hi-flow dampers usually do the trick. My $.02 GTSTech_1

Found the problem, however not sure why it's a problem. My solution was to set Corel's "Color Mangement" to "default". This solved the "Black Box" prints, not sure why the customers settings would create the black box in the 1st place. Thanks for your input. GTSTech_1

Not sure why your tech would give you that false information concerning what RIP will work with your JV-33. Flexi 8.5, Ergosoft and Onyx, are 3 RIP programs that I know have the drivers for the JV-33. With Flexi, you can design within it. Good Luck!!!

If all your nozzles are firing, I would check you Pf (paper feed), then move onto the heater settings.
