I run flexi and have never had that issue. I've run out of ink and not been around a lot. Let it sit all weekend once as well, came in monday saw it changed the ink and off it went no problems.

Yes it can be done, you have to customize yoru involce and check the box for it to print it.

If you do a lot of work and have not been charging them, explain to them nicely that your have been cleaning up the artwork at no fee cause they are a valued customer, but if they want the cleaned up artwork, that they will need to pay the art fee for it.

Lick your finger and wipe off the mark just before scanning them. Also use some spray air and spray off the eye sometimes the smallest spec will make it not be able to read it.
