    Just my. 02¢ I use all of the., CorelDraw X5, Photoshop CS5, Illustrator CS6. Corel's PowerTrace is a lot better the Ilustrator. I have a friend at Adobe, yes I get the software for dirt cheap, and him and his team studied Corel's PowerTrace for months trying to get theirs better ad he admited...

    Alupanel was also what I would say. Di-bond has a matte black. Alupanel has a really nice gloss mirror finish. Have you tried Proveer?

    After buying the Cadlink Fastboard, I sold the fonts. That 4B still run strongs,,,,I should see what I can get for it,,,lol. I have an old pc running windows 98 and SignLab 3.1 that I used it with,,,,,,I really have to start getting rid of things!

    Nice. I used the 4B as it was meant for about 4 years, buying font cartridges, then I bought the Cadlink system to put in it to use through my pc and used it another 4 years after that. The thing I loved the most was the tracking,,,,,,would go straight forever!

    You are right Pat, and thanks guys,,,just needed to vent,,lol. Another business owner here just left my shop, told me the same story about a free sign and in return told Mr. xyz that he would rather pay for a professional sign from me,,,,,thought that was cool.

    Because the Landlord as always been good friends with Mr. xyz. The Landlord told me he used to get all his signs ( years ago ) from him, that is why I think it was wrong for him to do it.

    10 months ago, we moved into this new unit in a small industrial park style complex. 52 units in total. Our first 6 months were basically free because the Landlord always needs signage, and that is a big bonus. Before we signed with him, I wanted to make he wouldn't lease another unit to a sign...

    Ya, the one we did was printed on clear media but had paper transfer tape. I tried to use Rapid Tac before with clear tape and really didn't like that experience,,,lol.

    Wet Install I also use Rapid Tac II. Spray both the hood and the back of the decal, lay it in place, spray the top of the transfer tape, squeegee the crap out of it, let it sit for a bit ( we had to let it sit much longer then a minute because of that clear backing ).

  20. E-Panel Aluminum Composite Material

    I use it for signs 4' x 4' or smaller and di-bond for full sheet. I actually use a product now called Alupanel. Same as di-bond but they has a really nice gloss black that as become very popular around here. The finish look is awesome.
