and why the hell does it say preschooler under my name?

The stickers are all just text inside of a rounded rectangle. The rectangles have a 100% magenta stroke on a seperate layer. I don't know what else to do, so right now i'm sticking pencils in my eyes and trying to figure this out.

Hi, I designed a sheet of stickers in illustrator with the cut path on a seperate layer and the color labeled countourcut but when I open the .ai file in flexi, it doesn't recognize the cut paths and when I use the contour cut option it tries to cut around the whole sheet of stickers. Any words...

Hi I'm using FlexiPro 7.62 and printing on Ivivid Gloss Vinyl. My problem is that any white space in my document is printing pretty yellowish. Does anyone know why this is happening or how I can fix it? Thanks a lot, Adam

So now, when I send anything to cut on my plotter, all that gets cut is a straight line of letters and numbers. Whats the deal with that? how can I fix it? I need to cut a BUNCH of stuff like, YESTERDAY. please help.

Hey, I'm looking into buying s Summa DC4sx and I'm wondering if anyone has any insight as to whether or not this is a good machine? How does it stand up to other thermal transfer printers like the Edge FX? Anything helps, come on people.
