I had a similar issue when I bought my Graphtec a couple of months back. Turns out Graphtec has a proprietary cable that you need to use for the serial connection.

Thanks SAi..... You are correct....There is a folder in the C drive outside of GSP which is labeled "Queue" and you delete files from there and I have NOT touched the "gsp.net" file as you reccomended. Thanks.
