    We also have one dedicated ripstation for all five printers. Only happens on the Mutohs.

    Yes, we do that. It doesn't always delete the files, just randomly. Like in 2 or 3 months. Sometimes in the middle of a paneled print. Not just that file, but everything in the queue. GONE.
