I do the exact same only use clear for multi color jobs and paper for the rest.

I use r tape conform also.

If I can't get the above to work, I think I will just call the customer and do what you are suggesting. The funny thing about this is the customer created this in Word, I didn't even know Word could do such effects lol. I HATE WORD!!

I would need to test how much wire is needed. I think I will have to double it up the thickest I have currently is 28awg. Also have 30awg and 32awg.
