Hi all. Getting a service call 0106 on my sc540. From what I understand it has to do with the tool carriage not disconnecting from the head carriage. from an earlier post, this can be fixed with a LIMIT POSITION & CUT DOWN POSITION INITIALIZE procedure. Can someone give me instruction on how...

  3. Printing on Regular Paper?

Its just an outside display cabinet on the front of their building, for info sheets, temporary stuff I guess. Its probably only about 4" to 6" deep. I think that these will be simply hung with push pins.

  13. Material Failure or Damaged by customer?

Definitely customer did it. but how you handle it is the question. I wouldn't want to go accusing the customer of lying, but would say that it was caused by something damaging it and maybe he thought it was a bubble. He shouldn't have tried to repair it and should have brought it to you...

  17. Farming out jobs

If nothing, then why farm out. I guess if they need something smaller at a later time, then they might consider contacting you, or just contact the company you farmed them out to.
  18. Which one goes first? Mounting or Lamination?

Are you using a hand roller? Most companies have large hot/cold laminaters and laminate the material before mounting onto an substrate or equipment. I dont have a laminater, but use a big squeegee, or the one I made anyway. Works ok, but does have problems sometimes.
