    Thank you for the replies, we are cutting through. I think all of our knives are double bevel, I will order a single and try that. Now that you say that, I remember the person that came to train us talking about that.

    They are brand new blades, we just got the machine new in September. I tried a slimmer blade we have never used before and it still did it. I tried slowing the machine down to half the speed and still got the rough edges.

    I saw you were selling a multicut on a thread on here. We are looking into buying some kind of flatbed cutter and currently have a quote on the multicut and an esko and a summa F series. What were your opinions on the multicut, was it easy to use and operate?

    Thank you and yes they now cut from the roll what they need to screen print. He did get some samples printed on a roland, the prints looked good but it was much slower print speed than what he was hoping for.

    Thank you for the replies, and yes Pat it is printed on a self adhesive photoluminescent film and also on rigid sheets. He does want the white option also. Thanks again.
