Looking to do graphics on a customers new Cat skid steer , trying to mach up the yellowish gold color on the equipment using my verscamm but not have very good success , i was wondering if anyone else has matched up the color with success?

Hello, I have a vp-300 Versacamm, the media is not running straight, I'm thinking it is the pinch roller assemblies they seem to have a lot of play, but tried to remove one of them and had no luck. Do I have to take the machine half apart to replace?

Hello, my VP-300 is feeding the vinyl crooked, I checked the rollers holding the media, changed the wheels on the clamps, cleaned the the surfaces good, but still feeding crooked . I manually feed out the vinyl and it went of crooked about a quarter inch after it feed out 3ft of the vinyl...

I dont know what brand the vinyl or laminate is, wish i knew.

A customer ask me what made this sign fail so bad, Its a digital reflective print applied to aluminum 2 half years old. Could it be the laminate wasn't right for the vinyl?

I have been noticing the media on my Verscamm (Vp 300) has been tracking to the left while doing prints. I replaced the wheels a few months ago and have been checking the way the media is loaded and everything looks fine? Confused?
