Did you reset the nip after your rollers were reconditioned? Try no heat, with more pressure(I run about 60-80psi) and slow the laminator down

Trim thru both layers and then remove the top trimmed piece and then lift an edge of your panel to get to the waste/trimmed piece behind yout panel and peel it off

All I have is the super low res image that I have shown(from google search), it has not sharp edges and tracing it would be nothing more that guessing what it should look like I would like to produce something closer than "Guesswork"

It does not have the raised letters, that photo was to shown what I need to produce.
