If the lettering on the trailer isn't way up at the top, I like to work out the back of my pick up truck, standing on the bed rail. Not the safest way but it works for me. For the higher stuff I use a scaffold, I hate to work from a ladder.
I have a Daige 4 and it works great, I use a pvc sled so I don't have to worry about the lam sticking to the rollers. Went through a full roll of lam this week with no problems.
The folks that make the Daige are nice and helpful if you call them, have you tried that?

Use banner tape or glue, attach to table, turn table over for the night or weekend. If your table isn't very heavy load it up with vinyl rolls and stuff.
