Had the same problem. I took out my 1st layer on the capping station because it swelled up so much. Then you will need to do an ink fill on your color to wash it out of the damper. Sign Warehouse Tech support can run you thru this. Been running fine since. I have the same machine.

Yeah no black at all. So dumb me I did a head wash and now my colors are all runny. I think I need to urge the inks if that's the best way to clear that up then start on the black. By the way where is the fuse located?

When cleaning the heads the station does not seem to be pumping out the ink fron the black or the left side of the station. My black was not printing which is why I tried this. Any suggestions?

I 100000000000% agree with Shovel on this. Everyone seems to think they can do this it's easy (makin stikers). Maybe some can but the majority of the people getting into this as a hobby low ball so much it ruins it for the guys actually trying to feed their kids.
