I would have to think the same as jackpine. Sounds like the reg marks are not correct or the arms system is not able to recognize them. Try cleaning the arms sensor with a soft pad. Also select a different reg mark in your software to see if this helps at all.

Are you trying to cut a bitmap or image file? If so they are not cut ready files. You need to have cut paths like and eps file to be able to just cut. If it is a image file try removing the background and adding a cut path for the cutter to follow.
That is true, but the word Mustang in their text is a brand name product from Ford and also part of the Mustang logo, which makes it a legal copyright of Ford. There for it is copyrighted and against site policy.

There is a no sharing files policy on the board so the chances of some one giving it to you is slim. The best thing I can say is measure the over all length and hight and scale your text to that. That is probably the best way to do it.
