    My big move was from 960sf retail to 6400 sf Warehouse w/office. Had so much room in the warehouse I could make a U-turn with the pickup truck! 15 years later not so much! It is amazing how fast you can fill up space! Congrats, I'm sure you will love the stretching room. My rent went up 2.3 times.

    Unless that 200sf is very expensive hang in there as long as possible and pay off as many bills as possible so when you move the nut you have to crack won't be so large. Too often people try to grow too fast and it is so easy for the bills to get ahead of you.
