One trick you might want to try with 210 & big prints with the big squeegee, is put a couple of strips of banner tape on a 1" wide piece of coro, make the coro a little wider than the print, when you peel back the release liner from the 210, stick the coro on the release liner & start rolling it...

Are you making sure the blade sticks out far in the holder? Remember the material is thicker so stick the blade out farther. Slow the cutting speed down, warm the blast mask a little with a heat gun, & be prepared to waste some material until you get it figured out.

I had trouble with my router that caused the prints to stop, I use an ethernet cable, does the sp use ethernet? if not maybe try another usb cable, that's all I have - good luck
