I think the Ipads not having flash is dumb. Wonder if it will ever have it. We have the Ipad2 and its ok, but we were not impressed with it. Its nice and all but we would rather have the same thing running windows. (I know they make them) Then again we are not apple people, except the kids...

We change them when they look like they could use it. But prob about 2 times a year i would guess. We just watch them when we do our regular cleanings and when they look like they need to be changed we do. I dont know what roland recomends as far as time to change them. Marsha

Before you did the cleaning was it printing? Also you removed the printheads to clean? Any reason why the needed to be removed? Marsha

I think you are talking about the surge mist sponge. They are about $2.50 and there is a little sponge under it also (looks like a "T") which is also about $2.50...it helps draw the ink down from the top surge mist sponge. Hope that helps. Marsha

WHen it starts up it should say maxx....did you just get the printer? I dont think you can even buy the eco sol ink anymore. We set one up when it was moved and accidently picked eco sol and had a ton of issues. We had to empty the ink and do a pump up again and pick eco sol maxx this time and...

Like above, works fine on windows 7...you should have no prob running it. As for the disk, call the people you bought it from..they can prob get you a disk. Or call Roland and ask them...it shouldnt be expensive...the printer is the dongle for the software (more or less). Anyones disk should...

if you havent changed the rollers position then ... Print something with reg marks...when done feed out a few extra inches. Then laminate the print as usual...then reload the vinyl just as it came out (the reg mark with the dot and box in the front). manualy "push the vinyl back till the reg...

Try feeding a few inches of vinyl out before sheet cutting it. When you put it back to cut...on your print the mark with the "box" next to it is the front right corner (when you look at the printer). It should be lined up at about the middle of the media clamp. (ours has little dots on them to...

you shouldnt need one. but you will need versaworks or some other RIP to run it.

Ask whoever you buy it from...we would pay about $5-$10 for this if we asked for it when ordered. (plus the cost of the sheet ofcourse) Otherwise a router is the way to go, as said above. Thanks, Marsha
