The Rolands are just as solid as any other print cut machine. Its just that they need lots of TLC (read:adjustments/calibration). Ask you local Roland tech for the keystrokes to put the machine into maintenance mode. There are some print cut adjustments that can make those machines cut spot on.

I assumed you had the flexi part figured out. Once you save the graphic, you need to import it into flexi as well. Then place the outline over your graphic. Then as I mentioned before use the outline as you contour shape.

+1. This si what i do all the time. If its a print there is no reason to go to flexi. That is if you have a separate rip application (versawork, colorip, postershop etc)
