General consensus here is a separate cutter with Summa being top of the line and Graphtec 2nd. The less complex the printer is the longer it is going to run with fewer issues. Much easier to replace a cutter or even a printer over having to replace the whole thing when one issue deadlines the...

The fix I posted from Adobe did work for my win7 install (still working as of today), but I do have a win 10 setup for when it no longer can be resuscitated.

My wife just upped our life insurance policy so there must be some value out there for old printers.

Wonder if the OP got his Adobe CC sorted out.
