Scanning it is about the only way I have ever found that will work. When I make my own templates, I make them out of paper, then dust the edges with spray paint, and draw lines on them with measurements to make sure I am properly scaling them. Then I make the vector outline using the Bezier...
We've been running our Roland 30" for a few years now. We make do and tile certain jobs, as well as outsource some of the bigger stuff and it gets old. We have plenty of shop space, but not enough space in our printing room to go with a 54", let alone the 64" that I've been drooling over. We...
I lettered a propane truck a few years ago with 751 Cast or 851 (this was before 951) and it's still holding up fine. Perhaps they are aggressively washing the truck with a pressure washer, the tank had new paint on it that outgassed, or maybe the tank didn't get cleaned well enough to get a...
Styrene can also be white, and when thin enough, gets rolled up. You will never get PVC (sintra) to roll up in any thickness. Your supplier allowing you to interchange the terms more than likely knows what you mean rather than correcting you.
Works in X6 too, although there are more folders to rename. THANK YOU! Sometimes the new stuff isn't as good as the old. The only problem I have encountered is exporting one file at 72dpi, then the next at 300, it wants to change image size, so you have to cancel, then export again anytime...
I can export the way it is, but I don't like it and would rather not "deal with it". If memory serves me correctly, you went into the corel file names in explorer and added a couple of letters to one of the file name extensions.
Attached is a screen shot. X6 on the left and X5 on the...
Hey Guys, I did a search but cannot find the thread where it gave directions on how to export a Jpg like you could in X3 and before. I don't like the window that pops up when exporting from X6. I reverted my X5 to show the old window, and want to do it again. Thanks
Well, I'm looking to make a vector. When I blow this image up to put it on a trailer, it's gonna get real fuzzy real quick. Sorry for not specifying that earlier.
Hey guys, I'm recreating a logo that was sent to me. The original designer designed it in Photoshop, so I need a vector and he doesn't have one. The attached picture is one of the letters with the desired effect. How do I go about recreating the fill so I can edit it, for example this one is...
I like to play in the dirt. Fourwheelers, dirt bikes, jeeps, you name it. I also cruise around in a Baja when the temps hit the hot mark.
I race fourwheelers mostly.
Our local supplier didn't order enough to meet the minimum and lost his distributorship with ClearShield. We just ordered some in from Fellers as well.
