Parallel to head travel

I have seen this coming up more and more lately. Seems that about every 12-18" I get a faded looking streak that is about an inch wide. What is this? Could this be a pump issue? I have attached a photo showing what is happening.

Anyone had any experience with the bulk system from Supply55? We are printing with a Roland Versacamm SP540 with eco-sol inks. Price is good for a horizontal cartridge setup. :thankyou:

I have one which we have had for many years. You can do .040 and can beat the hell out of .063 but .080....no way. Stick with light gauge to preserve the dies. We use 1/2" and 1". We use it all the time and WOULDN'T do metal signs without it.

Profiles come from Versaworks and they do match the media. I am assuming that you goof are saying that matte is more durable than gloss; this would be nice if I don't want to laminate everything...and I don't. What then does the density level adjustment do for the printing?

Tough story. I have bought and sold several large printers in the 1000's of dollars and can tell you that you ALWAYS use American Express for these purchases. They will handle your claim and return the money. I think you are throwing good money after bad at this point.
