I agree kraig. We outsourced printed media for over a two years before we bought our printer, i still send the guy i outsourced to jobs like cnc router jobs, channel letters, installs.
Thanks. I been using the swabs to clean the printhead. I just dab on it(soaked in cleaning solution), not swipe or brush. It comes back everyday. Ink drops. What could cause the ink dropping? They have replaced the cap station and pump already. Ill send the cap station pic shortly.thanks
Hey guys, ill try that later, printing 100 pieces now. here is test print from yesterday, had to do a normal cleaning to be able to print. Also is a pic of the dx5
Its ok. I'm doing another box truck for another company today... got four times what the other guy is charging. Being a little bigger then the last quote, but its one color. So I'm not complaining, but no one likes a lowballer. In my area the lowballers are the ones running around in work vans...
I did a quote for a box truck, the guy told me i was too high, that a guy in kendall does it for 350... the two doors, two sides and the back. Cut vinyl, two colors. Pfff i told him get me his number so i can send him jobs. Lol i don't get mad anymore. I laugh. Its hilarious.
Actually... they gave up. Since i only get bad test prints like 2 days out if the week. They said its normal for that to happen sometimes... what you guys think.
Sweet. Thanks a bunch. I was told to use relative for solid colors/letters. Just didn't know what the rest meant. And on rasterlink it gives me an option to pick all those options for both illustration and graphics. These rips are some smart cookies
