    I would export it at 100 dpi, I bet it will print great, another thing, you may want to try pdf , they work good also, but 100 dpi usually prints well, not sure how it does it but it looks great on my machine, worth a try

    Buy the 540, & get a big squeegee, if you have a 300, you can't print a 3 foot or a 4 foot banner, I get a lot of those, you have to look at the difference in payment from the 300 to the 540, for just a little more money you can do the bigger stuff & it really won't take up that much more room...

    I design in illy on a Mac in cmyk, I mix up all kinds of gradients, multi-color, and black & gray etc, never a problem, save as an eps file & print out of versaworks, just sayin what I do, never saw green in my prints, I also do output for a local printer, he designs in Corel on a pc in cmyk...
