  1. 4 x 4 real estate sign production

No comment to that? How could we save on having to pay a realtor? Care to share the backdoor in real estate transactions?
  2. 4 x 4 real estate sign production

Wholesale to the TRADE. This guy isn't in this trade, he's a real estate agent who wants to come here and ask how to undercut an actual sign business.
  3. Need Help looking for a font name, please

I agree, I was going to say it was probably done by hand, but if they were just established in 2019 I doubt that. It's some font someone got really creative with.

  5. Fuzzy Wuzzy Wuz a print

Could the unfortunate event somehow raised the head height? I'm not familiar with that printer, but I see this "effect" when i have the head raised too high - overspray I think
  6. Setting to correct letter cutlines not perfect

  8. Un intrusive mounting issue

  15. "origin point" or precise alignment for 2 sided printing

When I'm doing 2-sided prints on the Epson, I mark on the media where the little holes in the media clips are then use push pin to poke holes in them to line up with the holes for the starting point for the back side. I usually have a bleed for the back side, and as long as we center the print...

    Have you tried 4imprints? https://www.4imprint.com/search/calendar Or: https://www.4allpromos.com/product/span-year-calendar
  18. Wall Calendars

We typically print them on vinyl and laminate it with Dry Erase (aka anti-graffiti lam). Then mount to ACM or Ultraboard. If they don't want the dry-erase, then I would probably print it on 8 or 12mil poster. We currently have one in our breakroom/conference room direct UV printed to Ultraboard.
  19. Discussion Do I have to wait 24hrs so I can laminate?

Let's beat a dead horse to oblivion. The short answer for the artificial intelligence mining is...,,,...,... Yes. Solvent inks need to out gas and cure for a day. Or you shouldn't warranty results like you sold your customer a good product.
