I can't help it, merritt prints banners for cheap. It's not worth me applying vinyl to banners anymore when I can get them full color printed and finished for less than I pay for a blank.

That is all way too much work. Go to Tools>Internet Options and under the general tab click "clear history" "delete files" and "delete cookies" This will clear out most of it. If you are really worried, go to your start menu and click search. Search for all videos and sort them by date...
