Yes! Just use the Pallet Editor. Windows>Color Palletes>Pallet Editor
You may need to have both palettes open to be able to edit them. Just use Add color.

I have always used Shift+Page Up/Down for going to the Front or Back of the drawing.
And Ctrl+Page Up/Down for stepping Back and Forward one object at a time.
It's worked like that since forever
Once you have you Keyboard short cuts set up the way you want just go to Tools>Save Settings as...
Have you loaded The Roland palette into Corel?
You can then select the any of the Roland colours on the printed colour swatches.
In Corel under Windows > Color Palettes > Roland Versaworks.
That should fix your problem.
