but you may also lighten up your Pinch Rollers.. There is a lever on the back of them that adjusts the pressure. On thick material flip them up as it seem you may have too much pressure hence the material bowing.

Has anyone tried running .02 Styrene through their printer.. I'm not to concerned about clearance as it seems thinner then 14oz banner material but was curious about the ink bonding to the material.. I have about 20 hanging signs I need to do and it would much easier to just run a 4x8 through...
dumb Question. How many reg marks you using.
I found out I got more accurate cuts on the FC7000 with 4 reg marks over 3 and on long prints add a few side reg marks.
