Seems this is the type of thing he speaks of. Why make a post that adds nothing to the conversation and only increases your post count? Do you feel better now that you have cast a stone? Why not just respect this persons wishes as they do not affect you in the slightest?

I run LXI and save all my designs as AI 8. I have never had a problem.

Try saving as AI. 8

Depending on your computer, it takes a very long time to load the setup. I've had to re install and had a few problems myself.

:Welcome: I think you should just be able to mirror your image then cut it again. Look in the production manager when you send the job to your cutter, there should be a mirror function.

Where did they say they wanted the logo? Looks like they are asking for a similar font to me.
