    You should not need the collates that tight. If your having tracking problems , use the media flanges. Give the cores a couple twists to firm up the slack.

    Try to save the the file as a different name and re - rip . If you deleted the the printer Default job props , You have to go into prod.man. ad set it up again.

    Are you sending to PD manager as separate jobs? Or when you go to cut do you send as contour only. Check default job properties & make sure panel size & position are the same. Also check print - cut alignment on the 540
