Want to offer it to clients but the price point probably wouldn't allow for a markup as its already a little bananas on price point.

We find the ink chips if you cut afterwards full bleed white ink. Flame polishing is difficult. Can leave a gutter around the edges where you cut with no white and cut without chipping usually. There’s a diamon polishing bit on some cncs but haven’t tried it
Hey Texas! Question for you. I see you put the aluminum angle up on the building... You fasten the flat edge to the building leaving you with an edge coming out perpendicular to the building... How are you attaching the ACM to the angle afterwards? It looks like it sits on top of the angle?
Usually something that size you’re seeing someone use backlit banner material (https://www.duratexmedia.com/15oz-backlit-banner.html). I know a place in YYC that does it but don’t know if it will fit with your box/specs.
I'm looking at getting the resin printer... what are your thoughts on the availability of media for it? I saw someone had mentioned it doesn't have some of the certifications yet but will this basically print on anythin a latex can?
I got a lead through my website from someone I've never dealt with. The spiel is they need some banners, ok we quote on it they want to go with option 2 and then they send us this weird logistics company that they want us to use to ship it to fairfield alaska get a quote from them and then send...
I could only guess no chance in hell. The vhb is its own thing, it gets the grip to hold initially and the silicone sets and is permanent. we use Rp+ 110gf 3m and previously used rp45 but apparently the ingredient for that is unavailable like other weird things 3m can't make anymore.
the weight in this scenario is on the ink on the back which is probably worse but these particular ones have been there for eight years without an issue. I have ten year old acrylics with French cleats and VHB on the back that are still holding great. None of my clients would go for standoffs...
I’m note sure. We didn’t disect it we were just supposed to imitate it. We use a film on the back of acrylic instead of printing onto the acrylic so we just had to make sure our hanging system could be swapped out over what this one was. All I told you so what I could gather from how the other...
I have seen people use adhesive to attach a large piece of 1/8” white sintra to the back of the print maybe two inches or so Inset from the edges. This gives you more surface area to adhere to essentially just the ink I assume on the back of the acrylic. Then attach the aluminum hanger to the...
My suppliers are telling me neither of these products are being produced and not to expect them until October?!? I have some annual jobs that happen in July and I'll need something that can stick to concrete and/or be wrapped around concrete pillars.
I have an office client looking for more of these style of nameplate holder I've never seen before. Those little black things are rubber that slide into two channels on the back of the name plate holder (6inch by 1.5 inches) and then it presses into the channels in the second picture so you can...
