Perhaps your Pump it is clogged and not allowing the ink to flow into the waste tank.

3rd Party Inks ; Not worth it.

Went to fellers, ordered ValueJet cartridges swapped chrome labels, did an ink fill Problem went away!

I agree with the above, or This New Ink Cartridges are not seating well in the cartridge receivers ?
