I VE been exporting previews from flexi 8 to customers ..now is there a "standard" size you make your files before exporting so they view well when recieved?....i even mailed myself one just a bit ago ,so i could open the attachment ..and i had to scroll all the way down the page to find it...

hold down FUCTION AND REMOTE buttons[at the same time] and start machine with other hand..hold down 5-10 sec ...your in..all the menus will appear the same except theres way more things in each area and some new ones...as my tech man told me ...if you get in a place your not sure of ..HIT END

anti-staic mat in front of printer...staples or other office supply......any carpet real bad for static electricity.no matter what anyone says...vynle tile or wood ,cement...a separate ground wire to outdoors on steel pin in earth here to ground the mimaki.....no static here....this post probly...

Just a comment on moving mimaki for those who need to do it one day ..all went well ! machine was "unplugged for bout 6 hours ...didnt do a wash or anyhing .put in some 3651 and done a couple prints .all is good i might add if you didnt know ..a mimaki [or probly any other machine] should be...

well on a mimki you can just pull out the cartridge and shake it back-forth,,its not hard to tell how much is left .....also just note ,ive run inks out in my mimaki jv3..it just stops ..puts something on screen,,pop out the empty replace .go back and push remote ...it takes back off and didnt...

measure with a tape measure ...the center to center on your wheels ..make a box that height on your screen..lay a guide on top and bottom ....click "lock guides" somewhere in your program ....dont go past the lines .......this is pretty simple and i no genius but illl bet any program can do that...
