I get this also, when using spot color and cut lines. Something hokey is happening. Convert spot colors to rgb/cmyk and it takes care of it.

I also use the spot uv on my cards from 4over. I have had great success upselling these after client fall in love with mine.

CS6 is much better. If you have not upgraded you computer to a 64bit os it may be a waste. I built a new computer right before I upgraded and the difference is amazing. no hang up, nice improvements to image trace, i love it.

Have triangle inks improved in the past couple of years? I tried them maybe two, three years ago and immediatley had color issues. I threw the 440ml cartridge away- my suppliers are awesome. Since they recommened the product they replaced it.

I print directly to 3m white reflective using my roland versacamm. Have to pay attention to details but I have had great results.

I use my laminator for mounting just as much as i do for laminating. Foot pedal is essential, can't get better results by hand.
