first thing I would do is get a volt meter and make sure you are getting the correct volts at each plug. It seems weird that nothing is coming on. IF I remember correctly only one power cord went to the power supply. The other went to the heaters, and I think there is a green light on the back...
How would you install?
I have 3 ft formed plastic letters to install on thick cedar shake at an angle. The angle and the fact that it is so uneven and so much wind could get behind the letters(snow could settle on and behind) has me overthinking this job I hope. My initial thought was to...

yeah, I agree with everyone so far. no way you make money on this at that rate. It sounds cool and I am sure it would have me excited and getting my wheels turning for a while too. I think if you listen to the advice on here you will be really glad you posted this.
Grimco said HP wouldn't let them order. I finally got the right department at HP and ordered my $700 power supply..Hopefully that will fix it. I will let you all know how easy/hard it is to swap out. Thanks!
Heck yeah, we are finishing up last minute orders and then starting the same thing here. We have been in this building going on 3 years and it is packed full. Time to unload some stuff and organize! Looks good!
I have same set up. use ij35 all the time and love it...just tried instant one and had horrible buckling and bad print quality. for the ij35 material tho, i don't use that profile. i have great results with the oracal 3621 dry temp set at 55, curing temp at 123, airflow at 45, vacuum at 25
Good luck! We make paper work orders, attach to files and put in proper filing catergory....then spend half damn day walking around looking for file! I am re-visiting sign tracker now as we speak. Have also tried sign vox, but just wasn't for us. I will be following this one!
