Cabinet makers use similar tools to route and carve then finish by paint or stain and i've seen a bit of vinyl use as well, Shoe makers also create and design items. I personally would have to consider any of these including cornhole board manufacturing to not be sign manufacturers. How loosly...
I have 2 Bulldog's and am very happy with them. For smaller jobs I have a 18v dewalt and an 18v milwaulkee. If your going to buy a DeWalt, Do not buy from Home Depot unless your special ordering it. Depot for the most part carries a watered down DeWalt. You will notice it's plastic and great...
Unless it was a hurricane and the sign was struck by debris that pulled it off I would have to say It wasn't installed correctly. I have installed many similar signs that have been subjected to major storms, hurricanes, etc and they havent budged. I have framed aluminum signs in the area that...
If you want to invest in the best cordless hammer on the market my money is on Hilti. It's about 3x the cost of the alternatives but battery life and ease of usage is beyond comparrison. As far as dewalt goes, I have been a dewalt fan for many years and you shouldn't have an issue with it as...

I use more heat and havent had an issue with the pinch roller. Most important of all is to not use any take up real. hang up to dry on a wall for a few hours.
Static cling is one of my main supplies. I print about 300 to 1000 SF weekly. Its going to take a bit to calibrate your colors on the printer for it. I Use a hp9000s. What issue do you have, I may be able to help.
